While FormSubmit implements measures to maintain data confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access, please be aware that U.S. law applies to this processing.

Hosting: Website data is stored on servers provided by XSERVER Inc., located at Grand Front Osaka Tower A 32F, 4-20 Ofuka-cho, Kita-ku, Osaka 530-0011, Japan.
